Peter PritchardPeter joined Pets at Home in 2011 as Commercial Director and moved to the role of Chief Executive Officer of Retail in 2015. Peter was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer in April 2018. 

Peter has worked in retail for 30 years in various senior operational and commercial roles at Asda, Sainsbury’s, Iceland, Marks and Spencer and Wilkinson Hardware Stores. Peter has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Stirling University.

Mark Adams

Mike joined Pets at Home in September 2016 as Group Chief Financial Officer.

Mike was the Chief Financial Officer of New Look from 2014 until 2016. Prior to this, Mike held a number of finance roles at Tesco plc over a period of thirteen years, with his final position as Group Planning, Treasury and Tax Director. Before this he held finance roles with Kingfisher plc and Whitbread plc. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen. 

Louise StonierLouise joined Pets at Home in 2004 as Head of Legal and Company Secretary and was promoted to Group Legal Director and Company Secretary in 2008. She became Chief People and Legal Officer in 2017. Louise is also the Chair and Trustee of the charity, Support Adoption For Pets. Louise graduated from Nottingham University with an LLB (Hons) and joined CMS Cameron McKenna as a trainee solicitor. After qualifying as a Corporate solicitor in 1999, Louise moved to DLA Piper LLP and as an associate in the Corporate Team, acted on a number of corporate finance and M&A transactions.

Robert joined the business in November 2018 as Chief Data Officer with responsibility across the Pets at Home Group. Robert brings a wealth of experience to his position having had a 20-plus year career in technology functions in a range of consulting and end-user organisations, and was most recently the Chief Data Officer at Royal Mail for eight years.

Jane re-joined the group as Interim CEO of the First Opinion vet business, providing invaluable experience and leadership. Jane was responsible for establishing the original in-store Joint Venture model under the Companion Care brand, and growing it successfully and sustainably through her tenure as Managing Director until she retired in 2014. During her original service, Jane was also instrumental in the group’s acquisition of the Vets4Pets business and successfully integrating it alongside Companion Care into the Vet Group which we see today.
